Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 14, 2026Deutsche Fassung
1. Scope and provider
This English version is a translation for your convenience. Only the German version is legally binding.
These Terms and Conditions apply to membership in the bleane Circle and to buying tickets on the website bleane.events.
The provider is bleane GmbH, Wandersmannstr. 64, 65205 Wiesbaden, Germany, registered in the commercial register of the Local Court of Wiesbaden under HRB 33548 (“bleane”, “we”).
Conflicting terms only apply if we have expressly agreed to them in text form.
2. Membership
The bleane Circle is a curated community. Membership is free. To become a member, you apply through the form on bleane.events. Anyone aged 18 or over can apply.
We decide on admission at our own discretion. There is no right to be admitted. Your membership begins with our confirmation by email.
Your membership is personal and not transferable. Please give truthful information when you apply.
3. Signing in
You sign in with a link we send to your email address. Keep access to your inbox to yourself and let us know right away if you suspect misuse.
4. Events and tickets
Events on bleane.events are organized by bleane GmbH unless stated otherwise for an event. Only members can buy tickets. The number of seats is limited.
The contract for attending an event is concluded when payment is completed. You receive a confirmation by email, and the ticket appears under “My events”. At the door, you show your bleane card with its QR code. Tickets are issued in your name; photo ID may be required at the door.
All prices include statutory VAT. If an event carries a service fee, it is already included in the total price shown and listed separately. Payments are processed by the payment service provider Stripe; if we issue an invoice for an event, you’ll find it in the ticket email and under “My events”.
If we cancel an event or cancel your ticket, we refund the amount paid in full. In the case of significant changes, such as to the date, you can return your ticket and get the ticket price refunded.
Under Section 312g(2) no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no statutory right of withdrawal for tickets to leisure events on a specific date.
5. Code of conduct
The Circle lives on mutual respect. At our events and when communicating with other members, it is prohibited in particular to
- harass, threaten or discriminate against others,
- contact other members for advertising purposes without being asked,
- pretend to be someone else,
- read the website automatically or circumvent its security measures.
6. End of membership
You can end your membership at any time, either yourself under “Profile” or by email to hello@bleane.com. As long as you hold tickets for upcoming events, ending it under “Profile” is only possible after the event or after a cancellation.
We can end the membership with two weeks’ notice. In the case of serious breaches of these Terms, such as of the code of conduct, we can end it without notice and exclude you from events. If we end the membership without good cause, we refund tickets already paid for future events.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act, and to the extent of any guarantees we have given.
In the case of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of an essential contractual obligation, the fulfillment of which makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose compliance you may regularly rely. In this case, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms for objective reasons, such as a change in the law or new features. We will inform you of changes at least six weeks before they take effect. If you don’t agree, you can end your membership before they take effect. Tickets already bought are subject to the Terms in force at the time of purchase.
9. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Should any provision of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
